I've always struggled with body image issues. This blog helps me vent and express myself.
I was 158 pounds, but now I average around 120. And Im 5'8. I'd rather have flowers in my hair than diamonds around my neck.
Nothing saves you as much as the realization that you don't need to be saved.

Anonymous Hi! Do you have any tips on portion sizes and when to eat? I want to lose weight but I don't know exactly how much I should be eating or when I should eat it.
I don’t really have tips on when to eat. But I find that I always eat unhealthy/binge late at night so I try to avoid eating right before bed. Also, get smaller plates/bowls it really helps with portions! :)
